Executive chef at Les Etangs de Corot for Marc Veyrat, then in the hotels of the Constance group (Mauritius and Seychelles), Vincent Thiessé was also creative director of the caterer Fleur de Mets before joining Les Salons de l’Aveyron Paris-Bercy in 2022.
Chef at Calixir (Traiteur de France) for 11 years, extra chef de brigade for 15 years in the events department. Pascal Noyer joined Les Salons de l’Aveyron in 2005. Since then he has put his talent to work in culinary production within our group.
