Vincent THIESSE

Executive chef at Les Etangs de Corot for Marc Veyrat, then in the hotels of the Constance group (Mauritius and Seychelles), Vincent Thiessé was also creative director of the caterer Fleur de Mets before joining the Salons de l’Aveyron Paris-Bercy 2022.

Pascal NOYER

Head chef at Calixir (Traiteur de France) for 11 years, and part-time brigade leader for 15 years in the events industry, Pascal Noyer joined Salons de l’Aveyron in 2005. Since then, he has been putting his talent to work in culinary production within our group.
