General Provisions
The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) is to set out the terms and conditions for the collection, use, retention and disclosure of Personal Data when Users use the Service and the choices available to them in relation to such Data.

The Company reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time without notice, with the date of the update appearing on the current version. We will notify you by e-mail and/or by placing a notice on our Service before the change takes effect, and the changes will take effect when posted on this page.

Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in these Definitions:

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, SALONS DE L’AVEYRON designates the director of SALONS DE L’AVEYRON as the person responsible for the processing of personal data;
Subcontractors or Service Providers: refers to any third party, natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller; we reserve the right to call upon the services of several Service Providers in order to process the User Data more efficiently;
Data Subject or User: means any natural person who uses the Service and is the subject of Personal Data.

Types of Data collected

SALONS DE L’AVEYRON may process personal data: Because the User has given his consent;
Because this processing is necessary for the execution of a contract concluded with the User or to carry out pre-contractual actions;

In order to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Purpose of data processing. The Company uses the Data collected for various purposes:
To provide, maintain, improve and develop the Service;
To provide customer support;
To monitor the use of the Service;
To detect, prevent and fix technical problems;
To enable Users to use the interactive features of the Service when they choose;
To send Users newsletters, marketing communications or promotions and other information that may be of interest to them;

Conservation of Data
SALONS DE L’AVEYRON will only keep personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stipulated in this Privacy Policy and subject to compliance with the legal conservation periods.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except where such data is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of the Service, or where we are legally required to retain such data for a longer period.

Audience measurement statistics are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Transfer of Data If you reside outside of France and choose to provide us with information, please be aware that we transfer data, including Personal Data, to France and process it there.
By accepting this Privacy Policy and then submitting such Data, you consent to such transfer.

SALONS DE L’AVEYRON will take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure that your Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Your Personal Data will not be transferred to any organisation or country unless adequate controls are put in place, particularly with regard to the security of your Data.

3.8.1- General provisions
The Company reserves the right to disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that this is necessary to:

To comply with a legal obligation; – To comply with an order from an administrative or judicial authority;
Protect and defend the rights or the goods of SALONS DE L’AVEYRON;
To prevent possible reprehensible acts or to investigate such acts within the framework of the Service;
To ensure the personal safety of the Users of the Service or the public;

3.8.2- Service providers
Subcontractors – Third Party Sites We reserve the right to use the services of third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Third Parties” or “Service Providers” or “Subcontractors”) to, without this list being exhaustive: provide the Service, facilitate the performance of the Service, provide services related to the Service, monitor the use of the Service or help us analyse the use of the Service.
These Third Parties have access to Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are prohibited from disclosing or using it for any other purpose.

In addition, our Service may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. If you click on a Third Party link, you will be redirected to the site of that Third Party. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit.
We have no control over their content, privacy policies or practices and accept no responsibility for them.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports on website traffic. Google uses the collected Data to track and monitor the use of our Service. This Data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise ads in its own advertising network.

You can prevent your activities within the Service from being made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt out browser add-on. This plugin prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript code (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information about activities related to visits to the Service with Google Analytics.

Behavioural Remarketing
We and Third Parties use cookies to shape, optimize and serve ads based on your past use of our Service. SALONS DE L’AVEYRON uses remarketing services to show you ads on various websites after you have consulted our Service.

We communicate on various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
You can opt out of these networks, where they are adhered to, through the Digital Advertising Alliance in the United States, the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada in Canada or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance in Europe, or by using the settings on your mobile device.

Users’ rights
In accordance with the provisions of Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms and European Regulation n°2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable as of 25 May 2018), the User has a right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of his/her data or limitation of processing. They may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their Data.
